Mortgage Brokers in Ontario – Don’t Get Tricked by Any Renewal Numbers

New house

As the first quarter of the year ends, many people in the real estate business would already know that it is the time when Ontario mortgage agents and brokers should be busy in renewing their license. Aside from taking this season as a busy one for brokers who are renewing their licenses, it is also the busy season of the year when brokers would be busy preparing mortgage offers for their many home buyers.

It is considered as the busy time when more home buyers will be in search for mortgage as there will be more people who are preparing to move in a new home for the coming spring as well as the early summer. This makes it a reason for many brokers and agents to be busier in providing mortgage to interested home buyers than their renewal. They make less time in getting the renewal process done until they end up in the last moment when they can hardly go through the process mainly because they lack the time to do so.

It was reported in 2012 that the number of mortgage agents and brokers showed the same number on how many are renewing their licenses. From the most recent update in FSCO website released last 21st of this month, the number of brokers and agents who would undergo the last minute license renewal process is really big. And since then, the numbers don’t seem to change that much.
